Hiring Manager Interview
Time for a deep dive! We’ll talk about your experience, skills, and how you tackle challenges. This is a great time to ask about the team and role specifics.
Meet the Team
Get excited to connect with your potential teammates and cross-functional partners! Depending on the role, this might be one or more rounds. This is as much about you evaluating us as it is about us getting to know you.
Take-Home Project
For some roles, we may ask you to complete a short, impactful project that reflects the kind of work you’d be doing at Humanly. If this applies to you, your recruiter will walk you through the details.
Executive Interview
For certain roles, you’ll have a conversation with leadership to discuss the bigger picture and see Humanly through the eyes of a company leader.
